Sarah Larkin Birdsong is a licensed therapist who has been teaching soft skills workshops at tech companies in New York City since 2014. Specializing in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, she brings her skills, education, and experience as a therapist to create a safe space to explore this challenging subject. With a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University that specialized in Multicultural Counseling, and over five years of experience specializing in individual therapy for people in tech, Birdsong offers a unique expertise from psychology and sociology to soft skills training.
